• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible funds from a User's Account to a verified payment method.

Section 3

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a gtbet employee or associated entity, in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. Accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or order applicable in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling activity in your location before registering.
6. The personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

gtbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

Section 4

Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may register and maintain only one Account. Any duplicate accounts discovered may be suspended, and balances associated with duplicate registrations may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.2 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. gtbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Information. You must keep your registered name, address, email and payment details current and accurate. Changes to account information may require additional KYC documentation before taking effect.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. gtbet may suspend or permanently close an Account if: (a) these Terms are breached; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity is identified; (c) regulatory or legal requirements demand it; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents a risk of harm.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for an extended period may be designated as dormant. gtbet will apply the dormancy policy then in force, which may include administrative charges as permitted by applicable rules. You will be notified before charges are applied where reasonably practicable.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. gtbet supports MYR deposits and withdrawals through methods that may include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies. Availability is subject to change and may vary by account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposits are generally subject to a minimum of RM30, and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified in the account cashier. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

5.3 Own Funds and Own Name. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. gtbet will not accept funds from accounts or instruments belonging to third parties. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified method held in the Account holder's name.

5.4 Processing Times. Deposit processing is typically instant for e-wallets and DuitNow, and 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers, subject to the processing systems of the relevant institution. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method, completion of KYC, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, and internal review.

5.5 Currency. The primary account currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR or equivalent at the rate applied by the platform at the time of crediting. gtbet does not guarantee any particular conversion rate.

5.6 Refused Deposits. gtbet reserves the right to refuse any deposit if it cannot be verified, if the source is flaged by payment security systems, or if accepting the deposit would conflict with regulatory obligations.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Acceptance. By claiming any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit, you agree to the promotion-specific terms displayed alongside that offer in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a 288% welcome bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on a RM50 deposit may require the player to wager a specified combined amount before any winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, maximum bet per round and expiry period are stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than table games or live dealer products. Review the contribution table within each promotion before choosing which games to play.

6.4 Abuse Prevention. gtbet may void bonuses and associated winings, and may suspend an Account, if bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting using promotional funds, or systemic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion is detected.

6.5 Changes and Withdrawal. gtbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players may decline a bonus; however, once wagering has begun, the bonus terms are binding until completed or the promotional balance expires.

Section 7

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Binding Nature of Bets. Once a bet or wager is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except in circumstances expressly permitted by the applicable game or sports-betting rules then in force.

7.2 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest pricing error, system failure, or data feed error that results in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed, gtbet reserves the right to void affected transactions and return stakes. 7.3 Sports Betting Markets. Markets available through gtbet may include football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, international competitions), mixed martial arts (UFC), and other sports. Settlement follows the rules published for each market. gtbet's decision on settlement is final subject to any applicable regulatory review.

7.4 Game Integrity. All casino games presented through gtbet are intended to operate according to their published rules and RTP information. Players should treat RTP figures as theoretical long-run averages rather than session guarantees. No casino game or betting system can guarantee a profit.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering an Account while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal or payment information.
• Using the Account for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gtbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, page layouts, code, and editorial material — is the intellectual property of gtbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast, transmit, or create derivative works from any gtbet content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.
